I wanna parametrise the dimensions of the ellipse projection as shown below. Please help in doing the same.

You can use Pull tool to define the parameter as shown below:

Hello Sai,

Use DesignModeler to draw an Ellipse. Dimension the two axes and click the box so the P shows up and name the parameters as I have done.

Hi Devendra, I am looking to parametrise the projection of the sketch, the projection of ellipse is of interest to me rather than the ellipse. 

I tried to pull the projection of the ellipse and when pulled, it is creating a surface.

Hello Sai, 

You cannot parametrize the projections of a sketch. Projections are derived from your sketch and are aligned to the sketch dimensions. 

You can create sketch dimensions from the Constraints group under Sketch Tab and you will need to keep the Block recording option active to record this step and than you can parametrize the dimensions:
