Hello everyone,

I am an Ansys AIM and Workbench beginner. I started by simulating permanent magnets in Ansys AIM and I studied the forces related to different distances between them by using the Response Surface tool.

From the beginning I encountered some problems in the communication of the parameters between SpaceClaim and Ansys AIM: when I edit the geometry and add some new parameters, sometimes they are updated when I come back to Discovery AIM and sometimes not. After some trials (delete and recreate them changing names), no paramaters are present in AIM now and seems there is no possibility to update them with the ones that are present in the most recent related geometry.

Can you suggest me how to fix this problem?

Have you solved the problem? I'm dealing with something similar and I haven't found a solution yet.
