Respected sir,

We are facing a problem sweeping parameters (e.g., width, height, angle, etc.) for the optimization of single mode waveguide based on silicon and lithium niobate. The same simulation file that worked before is currently not working. I am attaching an image where you can observe the type of errors. We have been facing this type of problem for a long time.

Please check if there is any script in model when you do the sweep. In addition, make sure there is no other file name in the folder.

If problem still exisits, please send some screenshots showing the settings.
