I am tasked with modeling a mixing tank in ANSYS Discovery and doing a sensitivity analysis on parameters. I have been running into an error of a boundary overlap error when I add the fluid mixing zone around the impeller's enclosure and specify the shaft as a rotating wall boundary. I also have called out the volume enclosure. Please provide me with some insight on how to remedy this error. I have watched all of the ANSYS learning videos on this so please provide multiple solutions to this.

Hi Cara,
You can refer to this Rotational Fluid Zone video in this playlist In-Depth - Fluids - Ansys Knowledge
Let me know if this resolves your problem.
Thanks and Regards
