SubscriberHi,Â
I want to check OSA output from wavelength range 500nm to 2000nm. I tried using the stop and start frequency/wavelength option of OSA but still its shows OSA output from 1530 to 1560nm. How to resolve this problem?

Ansys EmployeeHello,
thank you for reaching out to us.
Are the new wavelength values not inserted in the OSA tab properly while in design mode? Or are they not taken into account in the simulation and graphs?
Have you assigned the same wavelength of operation for all the components involved in your INT simulation? Also, did you notice the same behavior when changing other parameter?
Try creating a new project to see if you can input the new wavelengths correctly. Just to make sure that the file is ok and that there in not anything that impedes you from changing these values.I hope this is of help to you.
Regards,

SubscriberHi,
I am using 1550nm input signal and I want to check the third harmonic generation around 500nm, but in OSA, the wavelength range is stuck to 1530 to 1560, even after changing start and stop wavelength.

Ansys EmployeeHello,
in case you are using a custom solution for third harmonic generation in INT, that may involve scripting, it would be good to also double check any script involved that sets the wavelengths.
At the moment, the SHG_WGD waveguide element for second harmonic generation is included in INT.
