Can any one look into this meshing problemÂ
One or more elements have an orthogonal quality less than 0.0. Please check your mesh carefully!
The tolerance of the geometry is larger than the applied tessellation refinement tolerance. This might lead to an uneven mesh and/or to poor geometric accuracy of the mesh.

A size control has a size defined which is smaller than the global min size. This may cause conflicts during Assembly meshing and the global min size may be used rather than the size defined on the mesh control. In addition the tessellation tolerance might need to be adjusted based on the small scoped min size.
The mesh generation was not successful.

Forum ModeratorIf you're using assembly meshing it's probably trying to mesh all 5 zones in a single mesh: that's not what you want here. You also need to check the gap at the blade tip: it's if too close to the sliding interface you'll get a very poor mesh as small cells & inflation conflict with the larger surface mesh.Â
Try meshing one of the rotating zones using a tet mesh and see how it turns out (check skew in addition to ortho quality). You can always convert to poly mesh in Fluent.Â
