open channel flow

  while i am simulating open channel flow , air is entering from the free surface to the water. and also there is reverse flow in the inlet and outlet.
  My boundary conditions is pressure inlet and the attached picture is from the result of steady state.
  Please help me. pressure outlet

  You can recheck the pressures inputted at inlet and outlet. In some cases, you might also need to extend your domain to keep flow reversal low.
