Hello  Naresh Patre            some customers are having SpaceClaim online help problems, and a long time ago that there is this situation when will the problem be fixed? Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

From the video I understand that, the customer is being prompted to complete the account registration when he attempts to use SpaceClaim Documentation. Is that correct?

Has the customer tried filling the information when prompted? Does this issue occur when the customer uses the English language help or does it occur only with Italian?

Can you also try accepting the cookies when prompted on top of the page?

Yes, the customer is asked to complete the registration but it makes no sense.

By accepting the cookies the problem remains, try to access the Italian online guide

The compilation the customer does not have to compile because he does not have the floating license
