July 25, 2024 at 3:25 pmsamiasadaf_uetianSubscriberI am simulating water flow boiling through rectangular microchannel using Multiphase VOF model (evaporation-Condensation Mechanism)ÂWhy we have to take number of eulerian phases =3i.e. Air as Primary phase, Liquid water and Liquid Vapor as Secondary phases.ÂCan't we take 2 i.e. Water-Liquid as 'Primary Phase' and Water-Vapor as ' Secondary Phase' (as I see no boiling with 2 phases)ÂPlease guideÂThanks in advance

You have two phases, of which the vapour phase contains two species.Â
