The Ansys Innovation Space website recently experienced a database corruption issue. While service has been restored there appears to have been some data loss from November 13. We are still investigating and apologize for any issues our users may have as a result.

  Hello,
  can you please give me some advice?
  Since last week I can't create BOM and notes, unfortunately I don't know why. The BOM is showing in the tree, but it is not visible anywhere in the space and therefore cannot be placed. This is both for drawings and 3D Mode.

  Hello,
  Can you please temporarily disable Algoryx Momentum add-in and let me know if that works. We have seen this causing ''note'' functionality to not work sometimes.
