Not able to move past the installation screen.

  I am trying to download the student version and it does fine installing, but then when it gets to 100% and says "click next to continue", the next button is unclickable and I cannot access the downloaded software. Does anyone know what my issue might be?

  Can you check in the Start Menu if you can find shortcuts for installed software?
  or
  Can you check if you can search thereby open any ansys application from Start Menu search bar?

    Thank you! Turns out it was a non-issue and it had downloaded fine, was just hidden on my computer. Thank you for your help.
