Not able to access user defined primitives from draw menu

  Hi,
  I am new to using Ansys maxwell tool. I am trying to draw a rectangular helix primitive but the draw menu has not showing the available list of primitives.
  Is it the environment or the installation issue? Any help would be highly appreciated.

  It looks like an installation issue. What version of AEDT is this?

  The version is 2023R1. Is the issue related to licensing?

    No. You can check your syslib directory and see if there are UDP .dll files.
