SubscriberGood morning,
I would like to constrain a single node with a displacement constraint. In ANSYS WB is there a way to select something other than geometries to place a constraint on?
Â
For example, below I placed a displacement constraint on the elevated portion of the geometry. I would like to delete the raised portion and just select a node to place the same constraint on.Â

Ansys EmployeeYou can select a node from the Graphics toolbar.
Refer to this help section.
Additionally, you can also use named selections to convert geometry entities into nodal selections.
