SubscriberWhen modeling the non-linear behavior of the steel frame under cyclic load, the program shows the following error when assigning displacement to the beam nodes and does not apply the displacements.
no valid degree of freedom labels were input. the D command is ignored.Âafter defining displacement history in the text file, I follow the following route: Main menu >> Preprocessor >> Loads >> Define Loads >> Apply >> Structural >> Displacement >> On NodesÂand I used Apply as a new table to read from the file and add it as a new table.ÂÂÂÂ

On your version, the UI option will not work most likely (there is an issue there, which is not there in 2022 R2), and you have then to use commands. D command for displacemenets.
To fix all displacements on node 2 say:
D,2,ALL, , , , , , , , , , Â Â
Make sure to use 2022 R2 in the future then this works (UI operation for defining displacement on node).
