No acces to “Forgot password”

  Hi,
  
  Our customers no longer have access to "forgot password" when a new license is delivered.
  How can they choose their password ?

  What error are they getting? Have you tried clearing the cache memory and trying again??

  yes and he can access his ansys account.
  But at no time a password can be chosen.
  So it is impossible to activate spaceclaim without a command line
