      Hi Jie, 

      Could you please send a screenshot of the sweep window (where you setup the parameters and the results) of both inner and outer sweeps? Also, which version of Lumerical are you using?

      The parameter Settings are shown in the first figure, which is case "Diffuse Scattering Film for Automotive Display" from the official website for calculating BSDF. In addition, I found that the case does not run directly because script file "bsdf_export2Speos_functions" can not run . and my software version is 2024R1
