Need Technical Support for Maxwell 3D

  I am work on Ansys Maxwell 3D 2024 R2. I got error when i do analyze the error is IPC failed child process G3dMessher. So how can is solve this error? Please help.
  I am working on a design which is a one type of polygonHelix and this helix is souranded on one cylinder and this helix is about 500 turns and this polygonhelix is made with copper and height of cylinder is about 550mm and i made total two polygonhelix and connect this two polygonhelix and after this i unite this design and after this unite i was provide coilterminal at both the end and after this i was add one winding and connect winding with terminals and i was add solution setup and start simulation. Here i am using licence virsion of maxwell 2024 R2 and during simulation i got this message. Here mesh is generated but i want to generate magnetic field and megnetic flux. Here also one more error occur is memory allocation error but now this error is not shown only this IPC failed error is shown. So this is full detail of my design so what can i do now for solve this error?
