July 9, 2024 at 5:27 amJeonee SubscriberHi, I did fatigue analysis in nCode DesignLife. I create 'Named Selection', and I can see the parts. When I want to see fatigue analysis result on these parts, half of the parts does not have any result. I think, this is bug.

July 11, 2024 at 1:37 pmdanielshaw Ansys EmployeeAre results missing or are they out-of-range? For example, if the calculated stress range is greater than the UTS, DesignLife will not calculate fatigue damage, becasue is assumed that the component will fail with 1 cycle of loading. -

July 14, 2024 at 3:47 pmdanielshaw Ansys EmployeeAre the results for that area available in the DataValueDisplay table? If so, then it is a graphics issue. If not, then the solver did not calculate the results in that region. Can you file a support case and provide the model? If so, we can dig into deeper. -
July 16, 2024 at 5:22 amJeonee SubscriberThe solver did not calculate the results. This image is an example. I did an analysis at university, so I'm so sorry, I cannot share the project.

July 17, 2024 at 1:29 pmdanielshaw Ansys EmployeeSorry, but I cannot debug this behavior without more information. It might be a bug, but I doubt it. What release are you using? Did you try running the fatigue analysis using the Mechanical Add-On?
