Hello,

I want to do fatigue analysis in nCode. I s there any example for wing analysis? 

I have acceleration-time for load 1-1.5G, and there is motor's moment. What should I do for fatigue analysis? 

I really need your help.

It is not clear from the limited information what approach is best.  Ansys nCode DesignLife provides 33 Worked Examples (WEX).  I recommend reviewing those WEXs.
