Motorcad LAB error: ‘Failed to Create Optimised Mesh’

  Motorcad cannot build the lab model. I have a custom DXF rotor, and the electromagnetic model works fine. When I run the thermal model, it also works fine. But when I try to build the lab model, 'Failed to Create Optimised Mesh' error appears first, and then 'Some error found in GenerateBnd' appears in the console. Can anyone help? Thanks!

  Hi,
  Does your EM model also work fine? If not, the dxf file could have some defects.
