MMF bug in new Motor-Cad version?

I have noticed a mismatch between the MMF values in the E-mag model of Motor-Cad between versions 2023.1.1 and 2023.2.2. I am referring to the MMF values shown in Winding->Pattern->MMF. For example, the e5 template gives an MMF with amplitude 6 AmpTurns in version 2023.1.1, but amplitude 3 AmpTurns in version 2023.2.2, as you may see in the attached screen captures. Moreover, the MMF amplitude in the older version is the same for all phases, whereas the MMF amplitude differs between phases in the later version. I have also checked with models other than e5 and the same problem happens with the later Motor-Cad version.

      -VERSION 2023.1.1:

      Version 2023.1.1

      -VERSION 2023.2.2:

      2023.2.2

      Hello Agyepes,

I think we will use 1A for 1 turn in the old version, so we get 6 AT in one slot. However, in the new version, it includes paralle path and total current is 1A, so we will get 1*6/2 = 3AT in one slot.

      Dear HDLI,

Thank you very much for your response. However, I am afraid I still don't understand why the MMF amplitude in the new Motor-Cad version is 6 for phase-2 and 3 for phase-1 and phase-3. Why is the MMF so different between phases? Please, see the attached captures, which compare the MMF waveforms per phase of the e5 template in the previous and new Motor-Cad versions.

      -VERSION 2023.1.1:

      VERSION 2023.1.1

      -VERSION 2023.2.2:

      VERSION 2023.2.2

      Best regards.
