SubscriberHello,nI have applied shared topology before the start of the simulation. I am afraid that is not the problem.nMarch 22, 2021 at 8:25 amKeyur Kanade
Ansys EmployeePlease check if it is successful. nIn meshing, please check if you have only one face at those places.March 22, 2021 at 10:29 amRaj007

Forum ModeratorThe interfaces mean that the mesh is not connected, or rather is not continuous. Check the geometry so see what is and isn't connected. Which tool are you meshing in? nThe walls are part of the interface:if the interface doesn't fully overlap those walls stop flow escaping from the domain. nNovember 6, 2023 at 2:55 pmTimothée Levionnais
SubscriberHi, I have a similar problem. However, I am doing it with 2 different zones built the exact same way (sharing topology in SpaceClaim, internal boundary condition during the meshing, interfaces created in Fluent afterwards) and one of them is working just fine while the other one doesn't allow the flow to fly through it. When you say that the interface don't fullly overlap, how can we check that it is the case ? Thanks in advance,

Forum ModeratorRight click on the interface label in the tree and List. That should return the overlapping area.Â
