      How can I simulate mixing of two fluids in Fluent. Can I simulate mixing of acid and water and check the stratification of two fluids.

      Which models can I use in Ansys Fluent?

      Yes. 

      Have a look in Learning to go through the basics. Are you expecting the mixture to stratify, or to be fully mixed?
