Missing toolbox on ANSYS 2023R2

  Recently installed the 23R2 (not student version) but found out that analysis system toolbox is mostly missing when I first run the program.
  Tried the reset method but didn't work.
  Are there any solutions regarding this matter?

  Hello Joengwon,
  This looks to be a licensing issue.
  Look in the %TEMP%\.ansys directory for .out files.
  Example:
  licdebug.machine_name.ANS_WB.232.out
  Check the out files for any licensing errors and please post any errors seen.
