Whenever i reopens the previous files in ansys it is showing the error message as "The files shown in details are missing from the project" see project file management in the workbench for more information.

Check in the folders. Workbench (and most Ansys tools) can react badly to spaces in the paths and OneDrive as the real path and Microsoft's gibberish can be different. Depending on what you're doing read the sticky/pinned post on running Fluent in standalone mode.
