Minimum Size Limit DesignModeler Error

I'm trying to draw a simple geometry in DesignModeler involving circles. The only catch is the small diameter of 1,3e-6m. This leads to following warning message:
"Warning: Some edges or radius values have zero length and will be deleted. Use undo to restore."
Also tried it with SpaceClaim, similar Error. The smallest circle possible was 2e-6m. Am I corrected in thinking that Ansys Geometry-tools just can't handle such small circles or am I just doing something wrong? I couldn't find anything regarding minimum size limitations in Ansys via the Internet.
