I'm trying to simulate the motion of microrobots (spherical object with ferrous core) through the bloodstream under the influence of a magnetic gradient. Would the MHD module be sutiable for this application or would blood not be classed as conductive enough for this model to be validÂ

Do the microrobots cause the magentic field to change? You might need to calculate the field and then add a body force to the DPM particles (microrobots) if they're very small.Â

No, in this case its assumed they do not effect the magnetic field.Â

OK, and is the field known? Have a look at https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/Secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v241/en/flu_udf/flu_udf_DPMDEFINE.html%23flu_udf_sec_define_dpm_body_force for the particle motion part.Â
