Dear Experts,
How to add Lithium Niobate Material in the Device (charge) solver database. Is there any specific method of doing this? Kindly suggest a way to execute it.
Thanks and regards,

As long as you know the materials belongs one of the three categories: insulator, metal and semiconductor, you can create new matgerials in CHARGE:
Semiconductor Material Model Properties
Tips for creating a new semiconductor material
Electrical/Thermal material models in CHARGE, HEAT, and MQWÂ
Thin Film Lithium Niobate Electro-Optic Phase ModulatorÂ

metals and insulators have much fewer parameters so you can follow the same procedure to add them.
Since CHARGE simulates only the semiconductor materials, sometimes you will need to convert insulator/metal to be semiconductor by assign proper semiconductor material properties.
