      Good morning to everyone,

I've just encountered the mesh problem. I would like to kindly ask for tips how to rise the quality of the mesh. Thanks in advance.

Best guess is that you've used too many fixed local sizings combined with too large a smallest cell size. Do the tubes touch the plate or are they fully enclosed?

No, there is a gap between bottom of tube and bottom of thin plate.

When I used mesh only it's failed

How does the minimum cell size compare to the gap between the hole/tube and the plate?

The gap is 1 mm. The minimum cell size is 20 mm.

OK, so how do you expect to resolve the gap with a 20mm cell?

      Thanks Rob,

I’ve got lost this Monday… Now is OK.
