SubscriberDid you use Hex Dominant Method?
If this is a mesh for CFD, ANSYS Help says, "Do not use Hex Dominant Method for CFD meshing."

SubscriberI have tried with 'mutizone' option but the meshing is failing showing the error "MultiZone blocking decomposition failed".

Forum ModeratorSo try unstructured, tets. Multizone shouldn't fail unless the "free mesh type" isn't set: use patch conforming tets.Â

SubscriberWhen you have a section view, click the button to show full elements and you will get a much more useful section. Without selecting show full elements, you are cutting through elements and making it had to see the true element shapes.
