How to solve this problem of meshing?

Did you use Hex Dominant Method?

If this is a mesh for CFD, ANSYS Help says, "Do not use Hex Dominant Method for CFD meshing."

Yes, I have used hex dominant method.

Which method I should use in this case?

Anything other than hex dominant.  What are you trying to model?

I have tried with 'mutizone' option but the meshing is failing showing the error "MultiZone blocking decomposition failed".

So try unstructured, tets. Multizone shouldn't fail unless the "free mesh type" isn't set: use patch conforming tets.

Seems the same problem for unstructured mesh as well.

When you have a section view, click the button to show full elements and you will get a much more useful section. Without selecting show full elements, you are cutting through elements and making it had to see the true element shapes.
