Meshing of Screw Compressor Fluid Domain

  I am trying to learn how to mesh the screw compressor fluid domain with hexa (if its possible).
  This domain can be seen as sweepable body in Ansys Meshing module, because this domain includes both very thin (30 micrometer) and recpectively very thicker areas, so when mesh is done with sweep metdod, if else sizing is very small, mesh becomes failed mesh. Also, I heard Twinmesh software to mesh screw compressor, but I couldn't get that program. Some screenshots and ansys file is atteched or you can get files following link.
