Meshing is not working properly

I have STL files of different parts of the spinal cord (white matter, grey matter, vertebral discs...etc.). I loaded all the files in Geometry component (SpaceClaim) to build a model for a part of the spinal cord and it showed no errors and a green check. I then started to do the meshing, but when i chose 'insert a method', the settings chose automatic and did not allow me to change it. When i started the meshing process, it gave me an error: 'A method control cannot be applied to both solid and sheet bodies'.

I tried loading to the geometry component 1 STL file only (1 component of the spinal cord) and it showed no errors and a green check. I then started to do the meshing, and it allowed me to choose whatever element i want. I started meshing and the loading bar for the progress of the meshing process finished. I clicked on Mesh to display it on the object but nothing appeared. The mesh didn't show (may be not created i don't know). How to solve this?

For STL file, please create geometry. You can check following video for the same.

Reverse Engineering with ANSYS SpaceClaim - YouTube

Please make sure that you create more number of faces and edges instead of just one face for entire geometry. It will give more refernce while meshing.

I don't know why, but Ansys Meshing software has problems meshing solid bodies and surface bodies in the same component.  To resolve this problem, create a component to hold only solid bodies and another component to hold only surface bodies.  When applying a Mesh Method, limit the scope to only solid bodies.
