I see that you have specified Mapped Face Meshing. Try suppressing it and regenerate the mesh.
Also, first try to generate mesh with default global mesh settings. Once the mesh is generated, you can modify and/or add local settings to improve the mesh as required.

Subscribersir i just generated meshing with default settings . but it did not worked
then i meshed it with faced meshing but it also did not worked

sir these are two regions where meshing is not working properly . i tried default settings at first but it did not work
