Hello John,
this error from Fluent Meshing typically indicates a problem with the mesh, such as non-conformal, duplicate, or degenerate mesh elements. To resolve this issue, you should ensure that there are no overlapping bodies in the mesh. If the mesh overlaps in any region, it can cause this error.Â
