SubscriberDear everyone,
I have checked my mesh quality-maximum aspect ratio-in ANSYS MESHING and FLUENT respectively, but they are totally different. It's shown below.
As you can see it, there is an significance difference. It's so strange that they are the same before, but recently I found this problems. What's more even strange is that the minmum orthogonal quality value in FLUENT is as same as ANSYS MESHING as shown below.
It would genuinely do me a great help if any suggestions are given. Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!????

Ansys EmployeeHello Lee,Â
according to Meshing and Fluent Meshing User's guides, differences of AR are expected because of definitions. For Meshing Aspect Ratio Calculation for Quadrilaterals (ansys.com), From Fluent Meshing: 5.3. Determining Mesh Statistics and Quality (ansys.com)., under Fluent Aspect Ratio. Â

SubscriberHello Federico,
I get it. Thank you so much. But it's really a pity that I have no access to the websites in my region. ????
