It's not. Cell quality is fine, mesh resolution is lacking. Also review what aspect ratio means, and why you may need to be more careful with this than the aerospace people.Â

I'd be looking at the cell size settings. If you review the various tutorials in the Help and Learning sections, how does your mesh compare to the other VOF cases?

Given you have more cells across the pipe, yes. I have no idea about axially though as I can't see that.Â
