Mesh Issue using Shared Toplogy

I'm trying to generate a hex -tetra mesh for this geometry ( a big cylinder divided into two parts + two rect ducts + many small cylinders) in Ansys Meshing.

When you do share topology, imprints will be created between various parts in that component. Can you check once if imprints have been created or not? (You have to check that in mechanical)
If imprints are not created that means something is wrong while you gave share topology option in spaceclaim. (All parts should be in same component and assign share topology to that component)

Thankyou very much for your response.

Before today I was not using the Share Toplogy, but I still required the imprints, so I was making them via the imprints option of Prepare.

Following your suggestion I deleted the previously created imprints, then applied share topology but no imprints were being created then. Also, all the bodies are in one part only. I've attached images for your reference. Could you please suggest what else shall I do?

You can use imprints option in spaceclaim as well.
You can't see imprints because of share topology in spaceclaim. You have to check imprints because of share topology in Ansys mechanical. The image I have uploaded previously is from Mechanical.

Thankyou very much for the images.

I see you're getting the required mesh. But I've used imprints as well as Share Topology, still when I'm generating the mesh I'm getting an error as shown in the first picture I uploaded. Could you please tell what can be the solution for fixing that?

Now, I understood what you were asking from me. I just now opened Mechanical it has the imprints, but still my mesh is failing. Could you please tell now what I can do?

I have tried with sweep method, as we have sweepable bodies. Can you try with sweep method instead of multizone.

Actually with sweep method, inflation is not possible right?

I am getting with multizone and inflation too. I have attached my model for your reference. Please check if it can help you. Just select those cylindrical projections for multizone and inflation.

Thanks a lot for your kind efforts. But I think due to version difference your file is not compatible in mine software.

Also, I deleted every setting added and tried to first get a complete tetrahedral mesh and then add up upon it. The original problem has solved but now I'm getting these issues:
1.) Until size of elements is 2mm whole body gets a tetrahedral mesh, but at 1mm it fails.
2.) On giving the sweepable parts a hex mesh, the mesh comes fine but on adding inflation and face meshing it again fails.
Could you please also suggest what could I try for this?

I am not sure what is the issue. I will list the steps which I followed.
Step 1: First check the imprints which it comes because of share topology.
step 2: Add multizone method for cylindrical projections where you need hex mesh.
Step 3: Add inflation to all cylindrical projections and boundaries as there cylindrical surfaces.

Thankyou for helping this far out. I'll look what I could possibly do. Also one last thing, could you please just tell me how have you made the small cylinders over the big one?

I think I have answered this previously to your old post. Just instead of cutting hole, I have added the projection.

      Okay sure. Thanks a lot!
