SubscriberHello
What can be done to avoid the below error?
Mesh requires attention.
Copying the source mesh to the target face failed because of poor quality. Setting or adjusting size controls might help the sweeper in generating higher quality source and target face meshes. -

Ansys EmployeeTry reducing the mesh size on the source face and see if it helps. If possible, post an image showing the model.

Ansys EmployeeThe sweep mesher may not have chosen the sweep direction you wanted or thought was best. Set the "Src/Trg Selection" of the sweep method to manual source, manual source and target, or manual thin. Then you need to select the source and possibly target faces.
As Govindan suggested, smaller mesh sizes my help. Insert a face sizing or edge sizing to manually set sizes on source face. Sizes can also be controlled on the global mesh object in the Outline also, such as using "curvature" and setting a minimum size. You can also try mutizone method, which can be thought of as a more intelligent sweep method.

Ansys EmployeeHexa dominant can possibly make low quality elements at the center, which can be bad for convergence. Check quality histogram. View internal mesh with a section plane. If low quality is hurting convergence, you can mesh as tetraheral, which will produce more elements but better quality.
