Mesh Interface Initialization

      Hi All,

I am creating a centrifugal pump and am using a MRF (moving reference frame) involving the moving fluid from the impeller. I am currently creating an interface between the impeller and the MRF and after I create the dynamic mesh interface I cannot initialize and I am given this message. (also it creates 4 walls 2 with nothing in them and 2 of the same interface region and I am unsure of how to remove these which I believe are a part of the problem)

My skewness is less than .9 and I have around 4 million elements in the mesh. I am able to initialize without creating the interface. Below is an image of my mesh.

Plot the two interface surfaces and see if they're in the same location. Also check that the interface entirely surrounds the moving section of the model.

@rwoolhou Yes they are both the same and encompass the entire rotating region.  After looking at other posts about this issue I notice when creating the interface 2 other wall-interface regions are created with no faces. This is true in my case but I also have an interior of my interface. There are still no faces in it however could this be my problem?

I used a TUI command on the "interior-MRF" to create an interface between my MRF and the rest of the fluid affected by the MRF. (fluid-fluid interface). I created this interface but now realize that there is still an "MRF-wall" that is the same as my interface region. Should this affect my solution? (I made it a moving wall rotating with the adjacent cell zone)

      Below are my BC.
