Hallo
I try to learn about mesh independence study. If I did CFD simulation step by step like i do the steady state first than to get more accurate result i do the transient, can i use the result of the steady state to compared in mesh independence study? or better/must to use the transient result?

If the steady state model converges well (most do) you can compare those results. How are you planning on comparing transient results when the starting point may be slightly different each time?
