Did you try opening a new session of Fluent and then importing the file?
You can refer to this Forum discussion for more information - Exception of type ‘Ansys.Fluent.Cortex.CortexNotAvailableException’ was thrown.

Hello, the issue was because of the enviroment variables I was saving the projects on my personal path which didn´t include fluent UDF and fluent files paths. Thank you anyways for the reply.
