SubscriberHello,
For workbench 2019R1
I can't update the file to workbench (it might be .msh file)
The error gives the message "The mesh file exporter failed during translation. Please send your data to your support provider.".
The project isn't big and generating mesh succeed. I already switched it to 2D.
I already reinstall the program already.
Is there's any detail's I neglect or something to try?

Forum ModeratorLooking at the model the mesh has been created (click on the Show Mesh button to see it). I think I can see the Named Selections option just at the bottom of the tree window: can you check there are no overlapping labels? Also try File -> Export -> Fluent (.msh) as it may give a more diagnostic error.Â

Forum ModeratorCan you connect the Mesh to another Fluent session in Workbench and try opening that? Also confirm that z=0 for the surface. I can't download anything (export rules that we have to follow) so we're reliant on the community to check your model.Â
