Medini Tool – Floating License Timeout Management

  Does the Medini tool provide the ability to manage timeouts on floating licenses, in order to automatically disconnect the license when the tool is connected but has not been used for a certain period of time? Is this an available and configurable functionality within the tool?

  Hi Beatrice,
  The minimum timeout value for Ansys applications is 3600 sec (1 hour).
  Please refer 4.5. Specify User Privileges (ansys.com)
