      当应变结果包含塑性应变、蠕变应变以及热应变时，

      等效总应变=等效弹性应变+等效热应变+等效塑性应变+等效蠕变应变（在Mechanical中通过用户自定义结果EPTTEQV_RST得到）

      等效机械应变=等效弹性应变+等效塑性应变+等效蠕变应变（在Mechanical中通过用户自定义结果EPTOEQV_RST得到）
