mechanical error

  The problem is that the geometry does not load into Mechanical.
  
  The 2 error messages I get after Mechanical is closed automatically is the following:
  
  1. Type: Error!
  
  Message: Unable to set display parameters property in Mechanical Either the application crashed or Workbench lost communication with it.
  
  2. Type: Warning!
  
  Unable to initialize addins in Mechanical. Either the application crashed or Workbench lost communication with it (No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:49893).
  
  In particular, what happens is that I double click on Mechanical and stays for a while showing the empty bars of the geometry loading process on the screen (does not start loading), before showing the message bellow and automatically closing mechanical:
