Maxwell: Error Message Core Loss in Induction Motor and Fluent Coupling

Hello all,
I am trying to simulate the losses in an induction motor with a script in Maxwell 2D transient simulation. The calculation with the script returns the iron losses, the current and the flux linkage. However ANSYS always gives me after a certain time the error
"Failed to copy local file C:Usersen71003DocumentsAnsoftMaxwell2D_6DTemp Aux559.dat to file C
TEMP/PH/PMSM.aedtresults/Part_Motor.results/DV11534_SOL3506_V11411.Field11447/solution.txt.
ERROR: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
Has anyone ever had the same error message and can help me? I'm happy for any help and thanks in advance for your help.
