Maximum contact stiffness is too big

When performing a static structural simulation on a shock absorber, I was given the foolowing warning when processing the solution, “Maximum contact stiffness is too big. This may affect the accuracy of the results. You may need to scale the force unit in the model". The solution was still processed, however I am unsure of the accuracy.

Does anyone know what this warning means and how it can be fixed?

What units did you solve in? If you solved in the length unit of m, try solving in mm to see if that eliminates the warning.
