      Hi,

I am trying to download MATLAB Fluent AAS toolbox for Ansys Fluent 19.2 from customer portal with the help of video provided by Ansys on Youtube. However, when I click on the link for solution number 2042389, it shows 404 error.

Please instruct how can I download the toolbox. Also, if there is some other way to connect MATLAB with Fluent, please suggest.

      Thanks in advance

Hello I attempted to open the referenced solution on the Customer Portal and it seems to be working okay. Could you please give this a shot again?
Instead of clicking on a link, please log into the customer portal and search for the solution number. Please let me know if this works for you.

Below is the link I need to open. Also, I want to ask whether the same setup upgraded and is valid for later versions like 2019?

Can you open the link in the solution? The Portal has been flagging that warning for a while as IT have been moving things in the background. The links tend to work OK.
Some of the solutions will work in later releases, some don't. Fluent AAS is also covered in the manual to some extent.

      I get

and then when clicking the link and can then download the files. Whilst my log in ID is linked to my Ansys email I'm working from home and the Portal is outside the office firewall domain so it's unlikely to be the site that's causing the problem.

Hi Thanks for the prompt reply. Can u suggest what may be the reasons under which such issue can arise? Is this restricted for certain licenses?

Portal is accessed by anyone with the right level permissions. There are tiers above "user level" for staff and other linked companies but I'm not aware of any difference in a "client" usage. Can you ask your supervisor or ASC to try it?

Edit - I've removed the link as it looks like it's our side that's not working. Staff credentials work fine, but client level don't. Web services are on the case, so please try again in a day or so.
Note, I am not (legally) permitted to share the files so your patience is appreciated.

Try solution 2057025 The solution you had was marked as obsolete but still showed up on the external list for some reason.

Thanks for the solution. I have installed the toolbox. However, I am getting the following error while executing the basic commands as mentioned in the solution. Please look in it.
      Thanks.

      I assume you have a aaS_FluentId.txt file?
