In such case, the main problem is to have a mix between solid foam and air, which can brings some solving issues (convergence problem given the high difference in terms of properties between air and the matrix...).
Another solution is to use Ansys Discovery (or SpaceClaim), and to define a lattice. There is a pre-defined library of lattices which can be used to design your product.
