Please, how to fix this problem on ansys Maxwell : ''Matching boundary process fails''

The geometry on the Master and Slave faces must be identical, to 16-decimal places.  When creating a partial model, you must be very careful.  Once created, use Model > Measure in the Maxwell modeler to check that vertices on master and corresponding slave location are at exactly same rotated or extruded location.
